Carol Whiteley, a.k.a. the Writing Doctor, has been curing and creating manuscripts since 1975. She has written advertising and promotional copy for such companies as Sunset Books, written profiles of professors for Stanford University's Center for Telecommunications, copy edited and proofread teacher resource materials, and edited just about every type of text including Website content, technical papers, NATO workshop proceedings, cosmetics brochures, and books on parenting.
Carol works closely with partner Murray Suid. He's the author of many books, including the bestseller How to Be President of the U.S.A. He wrote the scenario for Sony's Launch: The New Millennium Business Game and the screenplay for Summer of the Flying Saucer, in preproduction at Magma Films.
Based in Silicon Valley, where she works with corporate, education, and design clients, the Writing Doctor networks with specialists around the world on a variety of projects, including articles, novels, speeches, posters, instruction manuals, multimedia documents, and scripts.
